Shop Door

A few weeks ago, I decided to decorate my shop door.  I tossed around a few ideas, and I finally decided to carve something into it.  So, I decided what I wanted, and then I began to carve.

Carving with a Chisel and Hammer

I first traced the oval outline, and then carved with my chisel and hammer.  This is what the carved, unpainted door looked like.

After I finished carving, I decided it needed some color.  So, I painted it.
