How long does it take to catch an animal?
It all depends on where the animal is located. For a more accurate estimate contact Caleb, but for a general idea, it will take one or two days to set traps and another day or two to catch the animal, depending on where it is located. Further time might be needed to do repairs.
How far do you travel to trap?
I mainly trap in and around Wichita and Andover, but I charge per hour so I’ll travel almost anywhere in Kansas.
What kinds of traps do you use to remove skunks under mobile homes?
Removing skunks under mobile homes isn’t a job for a beginner trapper. We will come out and look to see where the skunk is going in and out from under the mobile home. Then we’ll usually set a box trap with a covering over it in front of the hole and remove it that way.
What is the most common animal that digs holes in your yard?
Depending on where you live, it is usually skunks digging for grubs to eat or squirrels burying or digging nuts. Other animals would include foxes and armadillos that dig for insects. If they are bigger holes it could be moles, ground squirrels, or even woodchucks digging burrows.
